My first interaction with Location Location (Andrew), was the attempted purchase of a property in Barnham. Unfortunately, whilst being the highest bidders we were deemed unproceedable by the sellers. Andrew went above and beyond with advice and guidance to bring my property to market, which took me a little over two months to carry the work. With frequent check-ins, which were not push in the slightest. Once my property was ready to bring to market, Andrew managed our expectations of the potential price. Both Andrew and Molly did a Stella job in securing an above market asking price and really made the sale seamless. After being on the market with our 6 bedroom house for over 6 months with numerous local estate agents. Who all over promised and under delivered. We were struggling to find a buyer for our house.
