This award means the world to us. It reflects not just great results, but the care, attention and consistency that our teams put into every client experience. For us, estate agency has always been about people – not targets – so to be recognised nationally for doing things the right way feels incredibly special.
What makes this award so meaningful
Every year, the EA Masters independently assesses around 24,000 estate agency offices and 15,000 companies across the UK. Their rigorous process includes analysing property performance data, marketing quality, customer experience and mystery shopping – meaning the results are based on evidence, not opinion.
Only the top 5% of agents qualify for inclusion in the Best Estate Agent Guide, and from there, just a handful go on to win national titles. To be named the UK’s Best Sales Agency is a huge honour – and something we’re deeply grateful for.
