My first interaction with Location Location (Andrew), was the attempted purchase of a property in Barnham. Unfortunately, whilst being the highest bidders we were deemed unproceedable by the sellers. Andrew went above and beyond with advice and guidance to bring my property to market, which took me a little over two months to carry the work. With frequent check-ins, which were not push in the slightest. Once my property was ready to bring to market, Andrew managed our expectations of the potential price. Both Andrew and Molly did a Stella job in securing an above market asking price and really made the sale seamless. I’ve always been reluctant to trust estate agents, like car salesmen, but I can’t fault the service at all! Would highly recommend Location location! Cheers Team!

After being on the market with our 6 bedroom house for over 6 months with numerous local estate agents. Who all over promised and under delivered. We were struggling to find a buyer for our house. Then we were introduced to Andrew Overman and Molly at Location Location. They gave us a true valuation for our property, instead of over valuing it to win the business. Plus the effort they put in to market the property, was 100 times more than we experienced with any of the other 3 we used. It took a few weeks for them to find a suitable buyer.
