We truly can’t put into words how grateful we are to Molly and Andy at Location Location. From the very beginning, they treated us with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. What could have been an incredibly stressful time felt manageable because we knew we had them by our side. They were always there to answer our questions (no matter how small), reassure us when we felt overwhelmed, and check in just to make sure we were okay. Even after everything was finalised, they didn’t just move on, they continued to support us and help with any issues that came up. It never felt like we were “just another client”we felt genuinely looked after and valued. Molly and Andy went above and beyond for us, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide us through such an important chapter in our lives. My first interaction with Location Location (Andrew), was the attempted purchase of a property in Barnham. Unfortunately, whilst being the highest bidders we were deemed unproceedable by the sellers. Andrew went above and beyond with advice and guidance to bring my property to market, which took me a little over two months to carry the work. With frequent check-ins, which were not push in the slightest. Once my property was ready to bring to market, Andrew managed our expectations of the potential price. Both Andrew and Molly did a Stella job in securing an above market asking price and really made the sale seamless. I’ve always been reluctant to trust estate agents, like car salesmen, but I can’t fault the service at all! Would highly recommend Location location! Cheers Team!

We’ve just bought our new home through LOCATION LOCATION IN THETFORD and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Buying a house is such a huge moment in life, and Molly is a start, she has made it feel exciting rather than overwhelming.
