We’re also part of the EAN Advisory Panel, helping shape national standards for honesty, transparency and community-driven estate agency.
What makes this different
The EAN isn’t a ‘pay-to-join’ club. It’s a network built on values — where every member must meet strict criteria and prove they operate with integrity, professionalism and care for their local communities.
To be accepted, we had to show that we:
• Have over 50 verified 5-star Google reviews.
• Support at least two local community projects every year.
• Commit to the EAN’s Promises — always putting clients first, never criticising competitors, investing in team development and working towards becoming carbon-neutral.
• Passed an interview with a panel of respected independent agency leaders from across the UK.
We’re also proud to be the only estate agency in Thetford to hold EAN membership.
