I honestly couldn’t recommend Location Location enough. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of securing our new home. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but they made everything feel so much easier and were always there to answer our questions and keep us updated. The whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Location location, I don’t even know where to start. Molly and Andy have been absolutely incredible. They are both so kind and helpful, they have been available at every single point through my sale, they have escalated any concerns and directly contacted solicitors and mortgage advisors for me. They had it on the market as soon as physically possible and assisted me to accept an offer and have it off the market within 2 weeks! Not only are they amazing at their job but they are 2 really kind genuine people who supported me in many ways throughout the stressful period of selling and moving. I could not recommend location location more.

Molly and her colleagues at ‘Location Location’ were absolutely brilliant! As a first time buyer, it can be quite a daunting process with a lot to read, sign off and remember but Molly was there to help me throughout every step of it and answer all kinds of questions that may not have even related to her expertise. She really helped to push for exchange/completion. Couldn’t have done it without this team - thanks guys!

Thank you won't ever be enough to two incredible people Andy and Molly. The knowledge that they both have, the support they give throughout a stressful period of your life is 2nd to none. Andy had it set in his mind that he wanted to help us as he knew my brother and he wanted to help his little sister. A few teaser pictures were taken, shared and my house went immediately before even officially going on the market. This man knows his stuff. My brother would be beaming. I had my house valued by Location Location. Andrew had bent over backwards to accommodate my limited availability for appointment times at the detriment of his own time. Andrew was very thorough and professional with a high attention to detail with all the questions he asked. Highly recommend. Excellent professional service.
